Baykushevata Tanne ist ein fall von der Art der Schwarzkiefer (Pinus heldreichii).


 

Nannte den Namen der Forstwirtschaft Kostadin Baikusheva die im Jahr 1897 eröffnet und beschreibt dieses Exemplar.
Das Hotel liegt im Pirin-Gebirge in Bulgarien 1930 m Höhe.
Es liegt nahe der Straße zwischen Banderitsa Zuflucht Vihren Bansko entfernt.

Alter und ist bei mehr als 1300 Jahre geschätzt und ist damit der älteste Nadelbaum (Baum) in dem Land und einer der ältesten Bäume der Welt.

Die ungefähren Abmessungen sind: Höhe 26 m, Durchmesser 2,2 m und 7,8 m Umfang.

Барбекю

 

Барбекю (на английски език - Barbecue, стара форма Barbeque, съкратено - "bbq") е понятие в английския език за обозначаване на начин на приготвяне на храна, уредът, който се използва за тази цел, или приготвената по този начин храна.

Със думата Barbecue се означава също така и популярен градински празник, предимно в западната и южната част на САЩ, по време на който се използват типичните уреди за барбекю за приготвяне на големи количества печено месо.

За разлика от скарата, приготвянето на барбекю отнема обикновено цял ден или следобед и е много по-бавен процес от скарата.

Според една легенда за известния мореплавател и изследовател Христофор Колумб е, че той никога не бил опитвал месо, изпечено направо върху горещи въглени. Когато пристига на Карибите в края на XV век, Колумб открива, че местното племе тайно приготвя уловените риба и дивеч, като ги поставя върху специално изработена дървена поставка над огъня и по този начин месото се опушва и изпича.

Колумб бил силно впечатлен от вкуса на приготвения специалитет. Местните наричали този начин на готвене "барбакоа". Със завръщането си в Европа испанските завоеватели донасят със себе си и новия метод за готвене, наречен "барбакоа". Новата технология за приготвяне на месото заедно със своето название бързо се разпространява из Европа.

Често преди термичната обработка, месото се маринова в различни сухи или течни маринати.

Copper frying pans were used in ancient Mesopotamia. Frying pans were also known in ancient Greece (where they were called téganon) and Rome (where they were called patella or sartaginem).

The frying pan remained little changed for many years. Whether made of tinned copper or cast iron the frying pan had a broad, shallow body and a long handle to keep the cook’s hand out of the fire.

Pan derives from the Old English panna.[1] The feature that distinguished pans from other utensils were their flat bottoms. (This is why sauce pans and sauté pans, while very different in shape, are nonetheless called "pans").

The first recorded usage of the term frying pan in English was in 1382 by John Wyclif in a translation of the Vulgate Bible, 1 Chronicles 23:29: "The prestis..to the fryinge panne." The term fry pan rarely occurs before the 1950s, when electric fry pans rose in popularity. When it does, it is often as the double fry or omelette pan. Frying pans with legs, once common in open hearth cookery, were generally called spiders both in England and in America.

Skillets were originally deep, much like modern sauce pans, but the term is now used interchangeably with "frying pan."

The Roman term, sartaginem has survived in modern Spanish as sartén, and in modern Portuguese as sertã। The Roman patella survived in modern Italian as padella, in modern Spanish as paella, and in modern French as poêle. Frying pans were probably also used to prepare grain dishes, the antecedents of paella made with rice.

Frying pan relatives
A versatile pan that combines the best of both the sauté pan and the frying pan has higher, sloping sides that are often slightly curved. An Excellent Bonsai
I received this bonsai as a gift. I was very wary at first, because I have killed numerous bonsai in the past, but this one was different. Well established, it thrived even when I forgot to water it for a few days. It has a healthy growth, a nice planter which comes with it, and a decorative rock. I would definately recommend this bonsai for those who really want to try a bonsai but haven't had much luck in the past!
